Verdad Score provides a media credibility intelligence platform that assigns credibility scores to news articles, outlets, and authors using automated scoring systems, external fact-check data, and AI-assisted analysis. Our scores and assessments are provided for informational purposes only.
We do not warrant that our scores, ratings, or assessments are accurate, complete, or current. Credibility assessments reflect algorithmic outputs based on available data.
To access most features of Verdad Score, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
Verdad Score offers free and paid subscription tiers billed monthly in USD. New users receive a 14-day free trial with Professional access. At trial end your account reverts to the free tier unless you upgrade.
You may cancel at any time via account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to: use the platform to harass or defame any person; scrape or systematically extract data without written consent; misrepresent our methodology; share credentials or resell access; use the platform unlawfully; or circumvent technical protection measures.
All content, scoring methodologies, software, and data are the intellectual property of Pickleball Changes Lives T/A Verdad Score or its licensors. News article titles and metadata remain the property of their respective publishers.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Our scores are algorithmic assessments, not editorial judgments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding any claim.
Our platform integrates with Supabase, SendGrid, and various data providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of 5 Devonport Road, Tamboerskloof

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Supabase (auth and database), SendGrid (email delivery), payment processors, and Railway (infrastructure). All processors are contractually bound to applicable data protection law.
We retain account data while your account is active. On deletion, we anonymise your data within 30 days except where legally required to retain it.
We use encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and access controls to protect your information. In the event of a breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Your data may be processed by our providers outside South Africa. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with POPIA.
Verdad Score is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

All new users receive a 14-day free trial with full Professional access. No payment is required during the trial period.
Email partnerships@pickleballchangeslives.org with your registered email, charge date, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
